The game features an integrated simulator of glucose-insulin interaction, so the character's blood sugar level mimics that in a real person. By completing tasks correctly, you will be rewarded with virtual coins. With these coins, you can enhance your character, dress them up, buy new furniture, and unlock bonus material.
